Pdfs won't open when using Firefox
I am an academic. I use Canvas. When I am in Canvas and I try to open a document in it from Firefox, what I get are solid black pages. I do not have this problem with Canvas in Chrome or in Edge. I really don't want to use those Browsers. I actually have this problem with every PDF I try to open from all sites. This is a recent problem. But if I cannot correct it, I will have to use other Browsers.

What version of Firefox? What OS? I don't have access to Canvas so I cannot replicate your process. You need to provide more detail and screenshots(redact any private info) if possible on the work flow with Canvas and when Firefox is used. Again, since I don't have access to Canvas. Do you have the same issue with pdfs if Canvas is not in the process? What happens on this site pdfs minus Canvas? --> https://www.irs.gov/downloads/irs-pdf

the version of Firefox is 134. I am on a PC. Windows 10
While I noticed this issue first in Canvas, this is an issue I have with all PDF in all programs.

What issue??? Show us something. Hard to help with something we cannot see. What happens on the irs site with pdfs?
