Sorry but I really don't like these hover 'tooltips-boxes' that appear on the tabs if I hover them - and I'm trying to turn them off!

I have set all three of these to FALSE but they are still there after reboot.

After a re-start have the settings changed back to TRUE or are they still showing as FALSE but not working?

I can't help much as I don't use Windows but you are the second person who's on Windows 10 and finding about:config settings refusing to stick.
