To change your passwords, you need to contact your email provider. Thunderbird is dependent on the user to provide them.

Do you have any idea how difficult this is? Xfinity ONLY handles my email. Just my email. I've spent half the day trying to get someone to help but the only people I've been able to chat with are from the TV/Internet/Mobile service. Not one person understands that Xfinity also handles ONLY email. This is just awful. But, thanks anyway.
