hi, all of a sudden today, my files i am saving on my Canva are downloading to zipped files - they were fine and now, zipped . What have I clicked fo make this happen and how can I go back to the way it was please I have tried everything in settings on all sorts of pages and can't see what I have done it was fine earlier so I have done it I suspect can you please talk me through it step by step as I am not too good at following tech instructions from people who know what they are walking about thank you :-)

Hi

I do not know the Canva platform, but where I have files being downloaded as .zip files it has been something that the platform managed, not Firefox (or any other web browser).

I recommend that you contact the Canva support team for help with this issue.

It is possible that only the file extension got changed to .zip. You can try to rename the file and give it the proper file extension for this file format. If Windows hides the .zip file extension then make you do not end up with a file that has a hidden .zip file extension (i.e. you only changed the name part and not the extension part).
