That will be your antivirus using an uncertified self signed certificate. You can manually add it if you have implicit trust in your antivirus vendor to have access to all of your encrypted connections. Or you might want to look at an product that does not require such access.
Regardless, if you want to add it, your antivirus vendor will have instructions.
