Two Step Varification
I need this fix now. I'm loosing time and I haven't got any. I'm unable to make the 2nd verification work. I went to the app store and got a Authenticator. It works except when I try to use it for the second verification. When I went to turn it on on my phone, it wouldn't turn on. I think it's still trying to sync. This is a serious problem that I didn't ask for and didn't expect to have another trouble shooting problem that is ruining my business. I'm trying to work and it won't let me.
May I talk to a person? I would love to get help. I need to get help, but I'm stopped from signing up due to this problem. Talking to someone works best for me and is the fastest way to fix this. I have to get my shop up yesterday.

Perhaps the inability to verify a $.01 deposit wasn't done due to my having changed my account is the reason. This suspended the temporarily closed Buddhaful Button store. My new store is ready to go. I partnership with Etsy and Printiy to be set up, but I can't because I cannot open the 2nd Verification using the Authenticator App, Duo. I will verify the deposit immediately once deposited. When I do, I need to be able to get my new shop up and running. This is urgent, and I pray that this problem can be resolved quickly.
