Hi there, thank you for posting on the forum! If you use a standalone email client like Thunderbird or Outlook, our VPN will block it from sending or receiving emails. This is because we need to block certain ports to prevent spam messages from being sent through our VPN. Using webmail instead of an email client usually resolves this issue, or temporarily turning the VPN off when you need to send emails would also work, but I understand that's not an ideal solution.
