Vybrané riešenie

There are multiple issues. First, please report the administrators, that the web page is using mixed content, and this should be fixed on their ends. This is the root problem!

However, as a temporary measure, you can change the key 

   security.mixed_content.block_active_content

to true. Bear in mind, that doing this is a security risk, there is a really good reason why this is not allowed by default.
