really a feature request 

would be nice if   could have an option to  only show only the inbox ( to read new mail ) as in hotmail  I have about 30  sub folders I dont need to see all the time and they take up all the  screen and have to close the tree before I can see the inbox of my next account

Vybrané riešenie

Mark the folders you want to see as "favourites"; right-click any folder to see an option to set it as one of your favourites.

Then use View|Folders|Favourite.

But you might find View|Folders|Unread equally effective.
