Hi, I am fairly new at this and this is my first time with thunder mail I configured it with my live id but I do have other email addresses like Gmail yahoo and couple of others can I sync all in this thunder mail account and if yes how do I do that?

Yes.

In the menu, File|New|Existing Mail Account lets you add your other email accounts.

No menu? Press the alt key.

And you can find this under the Thunderbird menu button (with three lines): New Message|Existing Mail Account (yes, it is under "New Message". Crazy.)

Ignore any buttons inviting you to "create" an account. You're adding an email account you already have, so you don't need to "create" a new one.
