I do not see a WhatsApp download for Windows: https://www.whatsapp.com/download/ There is a web version of WhatsApp, but it seems to require you also have a mobile device with WhatsApp: https://web.whatsapp.com/ There are articles on the web regarding how to create an emulation of an Android device on your computer using [http://www.bluestacks.com/] or [http://youwave.com/]. But beyond that, I don't think we can provide support for WhatsApp here.
