Can't install LastPass on my Samsung Tab4

I have downloaded the LastPass Add-on to my Galaxy Tab4 in Firefox about 10 times, responded to the confirmation email and link, and restarted Firefox, but it never appears in the browser and won't populate the user names/passwords for the sites I have in LastPass. It only shows up as an Add-on to be installed. I have the premium version of LastPass and I can open the LP database but it just won't install in Firefox.
