The only steps on that page is how the computer crashes.

https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/forums/contributors/709022 A long lasting, small crash we've seen has been nmsvc.dll (which is Bug 738661). This is a crash in Firefox caused by Covenant Eyes (a content filtering application). Unfortunately Covenant Eyes hasn't fixed this issue, and there isn't a good option to fix this in Firefox. For any users coming to our forums, the best thing they can do is to either remove Covenant Eyes and use another content filter, or switch browsers.
