when I download a file - show size of download - after I run install - the program is empty
No matter what site I download a program from - FF displays size and date for download - after I run install - program is empty - nothing has been installed!!!!

It is possible that your anti-virus software is corrupting the downloaded files or otherwise interfering with downloading files.

not sure what the problem is - but as of today was able to d/l latest version of IE - and have no problems d/l'g updates I need - FF is a good website - but for d/l'g files not very good - never found an answer!!! Thanks for all the help
now today cannot use IE - not sure what is happening -but FF has a great backup - just wish downloads were alot easier!!!
Looking through the links that I received from you - none of my screens look like the ones displayed - so as I mentioned - can download but when run nothing is in the file!!! Thanks again for any help
Do I have the latest update of FF - as none of the screens that are trying to help me with my problem appear like the ones listed - Thanks for any help but have tried several of the suggestions and still d/l's do no work!!!!
I find FireFox to not be to helpful with problems - as I mentioned all of my downloads are empty - that is strange. Thanks for any help
