when I am working in websites from Morgan Stanley or Chase and click to open a statement all I get is a new blank white box - no statement. I have called both institutions for assistance and they thell me it's Firefox because in can open them in Explorer.

Try to disable the Adobe Reader plugin in Firefox and use the external Adobe Reader application or Preview application instead.

  • Firefox > Preferences > Applications > Adobe PDF document : Use Adobe Reader

PDF files may also be found under another entry like Portable document.
