Firefox GUI changed after ICS update on Xoom

more options

I had Firefox Mobile V9 on my Xoom and had the new GUI where there is a menu button in the upper right corner and tabs would appear on the top right. Also, in the menu was the option to save the page as a PDF.

Then, last night my Xoom updated to ICS (4.0.3) and Firefox went back to the older GUI where you had to pull the left edge right to see tabs, pull the right edge left to find the bookmark, forward, back, and properties icons. I checked and it claims to be V9 still. Uninstalled and reinstalled. The only way to get the new GUI features and Save As PDF back was to download V10 Beta. WTF?

The Market screen caps show V9 with the new GUI.

This is a bug in Firefox 9. The bug is fixed in Firefox 10, which will be released in about two weeks. You can also try out the fixed version today by installing Firefox 10 currently from the beta channel.
