Downloads always fail

Trying to download anything always results in failure. Just pops up saying it failed to download and offers a retry button. Downloads work fine in Chrome.

What is the file type that you are trying to download and what is the site that you are trying to download it from?

Upon retesting, it appears to be limited to pixiv.net, so the files are images.
