simultaneously playing different movies on different tabs no longer work?

Before the update occurred i was able to mute the first video and continue opening new videos in new tab and have them run. Now once in blue moon i might be able to acheive the correct functionality otherwise ill play first vid and by time get 2nd running the 1st has stopped despite mute being on. Has anyone a fix for this problem im having?

My guess is that the new built-in parameters are causing this. If i knew more i would attempt to do it but i stay out of those files unless otherwise specified.
