I'm looking for the old bookmark manager, that would open in a separate window, allow you to drag and drop multiple items into folders, move folders, add seperators..i'm sure most seasoned users remember this..I'd very much like to sort all these bookmarks...I got over a 10,000 bookmarks from 15+ years, most may be dead, but I want to sort them, and eliminate the dead links as I go.. I may have to export to IE Favorites, working with files may be faster if the bookmarks manager is missing or removed..

Thanks in advanced.

Note that the Library is used for bookmarks (Bookmarks > Show All Bookmarks) and history (History > Show All History) and download history (Tools > Downloads).

You can find "Show All Bookmarks" in the "Show your bookmarks" drop-down list (button next to the star on the Navigation Toolbar) and in the Bookmarks menu item on the Menu bar. You can tap the Alt key or press F10 to show the Menu Bar

In regards to checking for broken Firefox bookmarks...I cant find a current addon that will do this. I have almost 2000. Any recommendations?

Hi Scotsman, You are probably best starting your own question using /questions/new. Once you have done that please post back here to let us know so anyone interested may find & follow the new question.

When you make your new post please try to follow the prompts to provide full system etc. information.
Please also let us know what you mean by broken. For instance are you having trouble with bookmarks entries not working or not displaying. Or is it just that they are old links and so you need to remove them because for instance the site or webpage no longer exists.
