Hello, I've an infrastructure with Windows 2012 R2 using RDS services and Folder Redirection (roaming profile) for the users. I've installed Firefox with the classic "change user /install" flags.

All the users that use the Folder Redirection policy receive a "Your Firefox profile cannot be loaded. It may be missing or inaccessible" No one can use Firefox

I've tried many tips found over the FAQ: - check the permission on the C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Roaming\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\ folder - rename the profile.ini in C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Roaming\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\ - launch the Firefox with the -p flag

Did someone had the some problems? There is a way to see where firefox search for the profile and debug the exact error that occur?

Thanks

¡Hola!

Please check How to run Firefox when your profile is missing or inaccessible.

Let us know if this answers your question.

Hello, as I said we've followed this and other post Deleting, renaming, tried to run an alternate path, but Firefox don't start

It seem it's a problem related to the Folder Redirection in Windows 2012 R2 RDS

I need to understand if there is a debug (or run Firefox in debug mode) that can show me what Firefox is looking for (the path of the profile) to address the issue
