How do I restore something deleted from mailbox?

more options

Hi, When I get my emails, there are certain ones I want to save. So I create a 'file' for trhat topic under my 'mailbox' on my email page. I have numerous files for different topics, ie: my bank, my insurance, my rent, youtube, etc.,etc. Well I had a file named 'fnfg' my bank and a sub file connected for my credit card. Well I'm changing my bank so I went to delete that, but my credit card file deleted as well. I right clicked on 'Trash' and a box came up "recover deleted items", the items are there but I see no way select just my credit card items to restore them. Is there a way to maybe go back to say yesterday? Would everything be the same as yesterday if I can? Help Please!!!!!!

Firefox doesn't do email, it's strictly a web browser.

If you are using Firefox to access your mail, you are using "web-mail". You need to seek support from your service provider or a forum for that service.

If your problem is with Mozilla Thunderbird, let us know and we can move this thread to the Thunderbird queue. This question currently is in the Firefox queue for answers.
