Where is the drop down menu under the "FIREFOX" pull down menu? Only has "QUIT" Now

I have NO drop down menu under the Firefox tab at the top of my Mac now. Only gives the OPTION TO QUIT (Q) now. I want this back to go right to my settings preferences etc.. Or I will get rid of Firefox for good
