my dad fell asleep with his hand on the keyboard with mozilla open and now we can't open it. ive tried to uninstall and redownload but it keeps telling me that it may be missing or unaccessable ?

Uninstall Firefox, restart the Computer. Then check these locations. "C:\Program Files (x86)\Mozilla Firefox" & "C:\Users\"User"\AppData\Roaming\Mozilla" Delete anything that is left, restart the Computer. Then reinstall.
