I signed up, donated, installed All of the outlook folder I have (about 200) are missing How do I get those to populate? I only see the very basic ones: inbox, sent, trash, snoozed

If you do not download the folders, how do I remove the permission I gave for you to access my email. I want to cancel if you do not import all of my existing folders and their contents.

Just to clarify: Thunderbird is an email client with no authority of any kind over anyone's email accounts. What you may be experiencing is learning how to use Thunderbird. For example, if this is an IMAP account, you might try highlighting the account name in left side of main view, rightclick and select 'subscribe' to see if your folders show.
