this is an excellent utility for that: https://www.nirsoft.net/utils/mailpv.html It's free, but since it reads passwords, your antivirus will likely flag it and you'll need specify an exemption for it. There is a setup feature to select the folder of the profile. The current release appears to only list normal passwords. App passwords, such as those used by Gmail, do not appear. To me, that isn't a problem, as they can't be moved elsewhere. Older versions listed all passwords.
