Am trying to replace my lost Primary Password. When I switch to Error console I get this: This page is in Quirks Mode. Page layout may be impacted. For Standards Mode use “<!DOCTYPE html>”. sanitytest.html. I try but, cannot make a workable device.

Asking the question twice doesn't help. The standard approach to reset primary is this: tools>developer tools>error console then enter openDialog("chrome://pippki/content/resetpassword.xhtml") and press reset button.
