Hello, I just recently restarted my computer. After I did, Firefox asked me to sign in again. I did, but now I'm on a new account without any of my other profiles. This happened once before and I was able to get my old account back, but I forgot how I was able to do that. How can I sign back into my old account?

To get the other account you need to use the password login that was associated with that account. FF uses email as your login ID. So are you not able to do this.

Nope, the email that I used seemed to create another account or something when I logged in. I'm pretty sure none of my information is gone because I was able to get it back before, but I still can't access it.

Did you possibly reset the password of the Sync account because you forgot the password? Resetting the password for the Firefox Account will remove all data stored on the Sync server because this password is used to encrypt your data before it is uploaded to the Sync server and only this password can decrypt this data.
