attachment not received in thunderbird mail client
while mail sent from Microsoft office outlook to thunderbird client user pc, attached file not received in thunderbird client. i have installed latest version of thunderbird and windows up to date.

This might be dependent also on your email account. Some disallow certain attachments.
no i had checked all things like this but it's not blocking
Have you checked the online mail server to check presence of the attachment?
