Haven't been able to receive emails on my desktop since update last nite. I do receive emails on my phone, so Thunderbird seems to be the problem. I've rebooted computer 3 times + re-started T-bird. No new emails.

If you are using ESET/NOD32 security/AV then probability is very high it is causing your problems. Also, please post your Troubleshooting Information.
At the top right of the Thunderbird window, click the menu button 
, then select Help > Troubleshooting Information.
Press the "Copy text to clipboard button" and paste the information into your reply.
