Am trying to find a way of dealing with Thunderbird email at distance without needing Teamview. Is there a web interfaced version ?

Only seem to be able to use the email locally, not when travelling away unless logging into the whole computer at distance via Teamviewer. Any guidance most welcome.

Instead of trying to access TB from a remote location, a better question is how to access the accounts when you're not at the computer which has TB. Most users do this by setting up their accounts as IMAP, instead of POP, so the mail is synchronized between any devices (desktops, tablets or phones) which also have the account set up as IMAP. Accessing the accounts through the mail provider's webmail, with a browser, accomplishes the same thing.

It's also possible to synchronize contacts and calendars between a TB setup and other devices, but it's a bit more complex to set up. Setting up the account as IMAP everywhere for mail is the easiest first step.
