Latest Version: None of my add-ons work any longer
Thunderbird seems to be slowly killing all useful add-ons! Is this my imagination? Is it user error? Lightning just died. Xpunge died the other day. ThreadVis disappeared recently. What's going on, was there an announcement that I missed? Does Mozilla hate add-ons? So many questions.
I hope it's user error on my part (and fully expect same) so I would definitely like to be reassured in that regard. Thanks

Thankfully I keep archives of several past portable installs so I just reverted to one from August. All functionality has returned. For the time being will avoid updates going forward!
appears to me that there are several problems with the new update 68.0.1 and none of my old add on work yeah me too updates suck and Thunderbird does not seem to to care

In case you decide to update to 68, Lightning 68.1 is working fine, there's a version of Xpunge for 68, and the author of ThreadVis expects to release a version for 68 within the next few weeks.
