My confirm email is in code and I cannot decipher it. What do I do now?

My "Finish Creating Your Account' email is in code so I cannot confirm my email or do what ever it is directing me to do. Note: I have had to sign in with a different email to be able to send an email for support. Colin

Hi Colin, is this message for your Firefox Account or for a Mozilla Support account?

Also, when you say it is in code, do you mean it looks like HTML with <tags> mixed into the text, or it looks like gibberish characters.

Hi jscher2000. I'm already handling this issue via private message with the original poster. I'm just waiting for them to confirm that I was able to provide them with a working link from the email and then I will post more information.
