Any user without right can install mozilla thunderbird
i work at a school and since my last windows 10 deployement, some teacher signaled me that student can install thunderbird. When they run the .exe, the windows asking for admin right pop up and but when they click, the installation procced like nothing matter. It only happen with thunderbird and i tried to install a dozen of software and that problem did not happen. is there something i can do to block there ability to bypass this restriction.

Hmm, I can't imagine Thunderbird has any kind of unique bypass for restrictions on Windows. But it may not integrate with Windows' group policy features.
I suggest checking with Microsoft's support site or forums on how to block unwanted programs from installing if they do not integrate with group policy, use Windows Installer, or otherwise simply do what the user asks them to do.
Does it install in "Program Files" or in the user space?
