I can no longer view my profile
I have been troubleshooting profile related problems for a number of weeks, trying to see all my posts and replies. However I was able to see a display like the first image when I went to "troubleshooting information", then "open profile" Now when I do that I just see a bunch of files & folders in windows explorer like the second image. I have uninstalled and reinstalled firefox but that hasn't fixed the problem.

Oh... two very different screenshots there.
The first one is your Mozilla Support profile. You should be able to access that using the bar along the top of the support page where you see your username (hover over or click that).
The second one is your Firefox profile folder which contains your valuable Firefox data, such as bookmarks, saved logins, preferences, etc.
