One of my email accounts has been compromised. How can I regain access to my account?

I have 4 email accounts and I can only access 3 of them. When I attempt to log into the forth one, I get a message saying that my password is incorrect. I have had no luck in resetting the password since I can not access the account to receive the reset message.
