I have been getting problems with profiles under 2 separate account after trying org my work in to workspaces in a recent transfer to Linux mint. Some of the obstructions did not make sense such as enter your email and we will ask things only you know in attempting to check what was wrong with my pass. But the interface will simply not respond getting me stuck unable to proceed. So went on my handsets that corresponding to these two profiles to sort why correct pass was not opening the way. In one of them it simple and one reason I don't like so-called rec key. The 2nd required rec key and after keying that long thing I was able to see the pass and it is what it is. Now however my rec key needs replacement so click download which broughtbup indicating it was download but nothing. Went and my download folder, notification , even Documents... Nothing as I am sure this may lead to problems in the future of not soon and wanting to get my organising over asap, I want to tell somebody in charge to help address the problem

I am having a problem with Firefox on Linux Mint. Firefox has completely stopped responding. Even the buttons like close, back, refresh, or menu do not work. The whole browser has become frozen. Shutting down or restarting the system doesn't work.

I Can't log in to my for Firefox on my new Linux Mint laptop. It's asking 2FA but I can't see it on my proton authenicator. My username and password are ok. Then the 2FA box pops up asking me for the 2FA code. And I can't log in now to sync my Android Firefox with my Linux Mint Firefox. I recall setting up 2FA some years ago on Proton but don't recall ever using g it other than one. Can you please help?

Whenever i send a Tab from any Device to a Linux Desktop, the Linux Desktop is almost guaranteed to freeze. It doesn’t matter if that Linux Desktop is my "Dingus" PC with 2GB RAM and Wayland, or my "Workstation" PC with 16GB RAM and X11. On both Desktops, Firefox runs smoothly until it gets sent a Tab from another Device, then the whole Linux Desktop freezes. The Desktop doesn’t slow if i open the Tab on the Desktop in the “Tabs from other Devices” Sidebar instead.

Only my Linux Desktops freeze when they get sent a Tab from another Device. Android doesn’t slow when my Phone gets sent a Tab from another Device.

In Firefox Desktop 151.0 Beta 1, I'm experiencing a severe DNS leak even with DNS-over-HTTPS (DoH) set to "Max Protection". I've tried all available troubleshooting steps (including resetting `network.trr.*` preferences, disabling extensions, and testing in a clean profile), but the issue persists. > The same configuration works correctly in the previous version (150.x). Has anyone else encountered this regression?

Okay. So I downloaded Firefox on my chromebook from flathub, but it keeps crashing. I open a new tab: it crashes. I close a tab: it crashes. I don't open or close anything: it crashes. I don't touch anything: it crashes.

I've says that either my theme or one of my add-ons is causing the crashes but I removed my theme and it still crashes and I can't remove any add-on because it crashes if I try to open a new tab.

Now, did/does anyone else have this problem or am I just stupid and missing a very obvious thing.

Why my mozilla account didn't save my bookmark correctly, I just upgrade my windows to Windows 11, before I install my OS, I already syinced my Mozilla Account and all its data include bookmark toolbar. But, when I try to login and resync all my old data, its all gone, how to solve this issue?

1 stop popping up stuff everytime i open firefox, thats why i left google in the first place

2 shut up about ai no human with an actual brain cares

3 fix the memory leak that has been a problem for maybe a little over a year now, no extensions installed firefox crashes on a regular basis when not in focus.

Fix these things and ill come back. Till then, im done downloading firefox for my systems and my customers. Its unstable and unusable... In a time where theres barely any other option.

Hi! I love Firefox, but on updates when my account signs out. I also lose all my Firefox profiles. Even when I sign in again, and sync everything on my Firefox account, I lose my primary and secondary profiles. Whilst it restores my bookmarks and extensions on my account. I lose my bookmarks etc. on my secondary profile.

I'm using FF on both Windows 11 and android, but this problem only effects Windows 11.

I'm writing to suggest enhancing Firefox's toolbar/menu customization with more practical buttons.

Please consider adding frequently used buttons like "Add to Reading List" directly to the list, with the ability to enable/disable them easily in settings. Chrome offers this flexibility, and Firefox—champion of user choice and privacy—should match or exceed it.

Firefox has always been about freedom and customization. Please give us more control over our browsing experience.
