Unable to open sites directly or in-directly from my email

When trying to open sites from my email, such as usps.com, I get the following message and it will not allow me to open it even if I put the address in myself:

Hmm. We’re having trouble finding that site.

We can’t connect to the server at tools.usps.com.

If you entered the right address, you can: 

   Try again later
   Check your network connection
   Check that Firefox has permission to access the web (you might be connected but behind a firewall)

PLEASE help me find this problem. Until the last update, I didn't have this problem. What do I need to do? Thank you

I received 2 email today saying:

Your Mozilla account was used to sign in Firefox on Windows 10 Thursday, Dec 12, 2024 3:40:09 AM (+07)

and

Your Mozilla account was used to sign in Wednesday, Dec 11, 2024 10:45:31 PM (CET)


Are these legit? How can I know?

I am running Windows 11, with Firefox 97.0 ("Up To Date"), but the installer for the new 115 ESR does not work.

The installer (Firefox Setup 115.18.0.esr.exe) seems to think that my system is running Windows 7 and does not proceed.

The Picture in Picture feature does not work with Hulu. The picture pops out but it remains stuck into the Hulu tab. It does not float around. So it does not operate like intended. The black box is the pop out. when viewing it does have the picture. You just have to view it on the tab Hulu is opened on. Any ideas? m
