Hi everyone!

Since last update (136?) when I open a page with a video in a new tab, the width of this tab is very small! Almost half my current tab.

(I don't have another example but does this have anything to do with any "media" on a page?)

I have the width set to 152 for years...

When I play a video, the current tab is reduced. Pause= normal tab. Play= small tab. Pause= normal tab...

"browser.tabs.tabMinWidth should have been adhered to."

I just completely reinstalled Firefox: still the same.

What can I do, please?

I opened the Bookmark Manager because I wanted to change some tags. After I made the changes, and deleted the websites from the old tags, I wasn't able to delete them. In r/mozilla it was suggested that I Verify Integrity. Is there something I'm supposed to do after I run that? I was still unable to delete tags. Is there any way to get the Firefox logo off the new tab page? I want more space to see the 4 rows of pinned sites. They are smaller and difficult to read now. Using 15 inch laptop.

The recent changes have upset a lot of people. Changes that no one needed or wanted. . . . . trying to make the best of it.

Anyone have any suggestions on other top browsers?? Thanks

I just got a new PC. On my old Windows 10 PC, many add-ons add useful buttons, for example OneTab which adds a button that closes all tabs and compiles a list of what was there, or Zotero, which lets me send stuff online to my Zotero citation database.

Now on my new Windows 11 PC, even though those add ons are installed and technically functional, I can't find the buttons anywhere. I wanted all that stuff on my toolbar for a reason. All I can find are convoluted keyboard shortcuts. I don't want to use a bunch of stupid keyboard shortcuts when I'm supposed to be able to just push a button for the same functionality.

Where did all my buttons go and how do I put them back? No, they are not in the "customize toolbar" option, and I have checked the options menus for my most important add ons too.

I wish to undo the changes to the sidebar introduced with release 136. I want a sidebar for bookmarks, but the Bookmark Sidebar per se, not the multi-functional Sidebar that has replaced it. The new version takes up unnecessary screen space even when I only select bookmarks. I have Firefox installed with Windows 11.

I recently purchased a new computer and Dell support assisted me with migrating everything over from my old computer. I am able to find my bookmark menu, but the star icon in the upper right corner is missing. I am only able to look for my favorites through a "other bookmarks" icon. Would like to get the same look as with my old system. I might add that the new one uses Windows 11 and the old one Windows 10.

Any help is appreciated.

After opening the add bookmark panel and clicking on the down "arrow" next to location I would like to be able to increase the vertical size of the panel so I can see more folders. Is there a way under the hood to do this?

I don't like Cntrl T to open a new tab. In fact, I don't want to use two fingers at all. How can I get back the little plus sign at the end of the tabs to open a new one?

Good afternoon. Yesterday I updated the Mozilla version from 135.0.1 to 136.0 and now the Firefox logo has appeared on the main screen (where the shortcuts are), thus reducing the size of the shortcuts and creating the inconvenience of having to scroll with the mouse, because before that everything fit nicely. Please remove the logo from the Firefox home page. Or tell me how I can return to version 135.01 without losing my data. This is very inconvenient, so much so that I decided to write to you for the first time.

As my title says, i manage to make my Tabs length to be as long as possible, i even manage to make it when i scroll with my mouse wheel one tab at a time, but after accepting to update Firefox, my tabs shrink when i play a video! or when i open a new youtube video in a new tab, that is only on youtube,

So how do i stop this? i do not need my tabs to shrink when i play a video

I mean, the tabs size are already bothersome that if you have multiple tabs open it's annoying you can't read the title of the page on that tab. So, you change it manually to size 200 instead of fabricated install as 76.

Who makes sure to change these to different size?

Now, on the latest version, it shrinks on multiple tabs.

WHO IS AUTHORIZING THE RELEASES? I MEAN, DO YOU INTENSIONALLY MAKE ERRORS AND RELEASE THEM?

I have no use for it, I constantly missclick and I've tried multiple methods to remove and hide it. I even tried to get rid of it by editing userChrome.css but that got me nowhere.

I turned on my PC after a long time, and it seems something about firefox has changed in the way I don't like. The logo to the extreme left of the address bar which shows "This time search with" options on left-click is annoying to the eye. Picture attached below. Is there anyway you can remove/disable that logo with about://config or anything else.

Why on your homepage, when I open a new window, my recent history icons, including email sites... show email info, i.e. inbox info, when I am not logged in to those email accounts. This change is new...where are the settings to remove email inbox info while not being logged in? Why is private email inbox info shown?

If I turn on the HEVC transcoding option on in the Plex settings, and watch a video that uses the Transcoding, Firefox will have a very small black bar at the bottom (might have also impossible to see black bar on the right to keep the aspect ratio). No issues when using x264.

I don't know if this is a Plex or Firefox issue, but it doesn't show up with other players/browsers that I've tried.

I think the new update shrank the space above the tabs. When I try to find solutions, all I find are chrome users complaining about the space and ways to shrink it. However, I want that space back. It shifts my workspace, and it was one of the features I really liked from Firefox that differed from Chrome.

Or, I'm just losing my mind and having to remove the new sidebar just completely threw me off.
