Yesterday I noticed Firefox will load, then almost immediately reload and it keeps up in a continuous loop. If I use a Canadian VPN it works fine. My home page is Yahoo, which is reloading. I have a Mac Mini M4 using Tahoe 26.6.2. If I use Safari, there is no problem. My Firefox version is up to date with 154.0.1. I tried shutting totally down and restarting with no difference. If I go to another site, there is no problem.

Das E-Mail-Programm meldet immer „Passwort falsch“ oder GMX verweigert den Zugang? Komisch ist nur, dass es nur mit ihrem E-Mail-Programm so ist. Das Programm bekommt keinen Zugang, obwohl das Passwort ok ist. Alle Programme funktionieren, nur Ihres nicht. Auch eine Neuinstallation hat nicht geholfen. Seit heute kann ich keine E-Mail bei allen Konten mehr abrufen, da bei allen Konten die Passwörter falsch sein sollen?

My summary says it all, really. There's not much more that I can add, except that I have used Firefox for many years and have never had this problem before. The index page itself is fine when I view it in Firefox. And if I right-click the page and view its source code, everything is there. Furthermore, I have no difficulty in editing the page in other browsers. (Since this problem arose, I have been using the Norton browser. But I have also been able to scroll down to the end of the source code in Google Chrome.)

I'd like to subscribe and pay for Mozilla VPN on a PC and Android phone, but, don't want to initiate and pay for the subscription via Google Play. I'd rather manage the subscription for the service via a browser based interface on a PC, but, it seems like this is not currently possible. Is that the case?

I see someone else has already asked similary: Mozilla VPN availability on F-Droid would also be a plus.

I have Windows 11 and I installed Firefox Version 154. Now my bookmarks are lost and even when I type in regular websites it times out, instead of opening the website. How do I correct all of this?

Previously I'd click on STAR symbol (Edit this Bookmark) on Bookmark Toolbar, then under Location choose folder I wish, click Save and the new URL would go to that folder. Now it will not. I have to go to Recently Bookmarked and left click and drag it to the folder I wish. Above in Manage Bookmarks it is in there. Show Editor when Saving is checked. What settings do I need to change to return the the simple way of saving? Went to Trouble Shooting Page, Cleared the Cache, but too much lost if I refresh. don't understand Text or Raw Data. I only have a couple of apps, but what to do to save them?

The problem is illustrated in the first image attached: Google Maps shows no image, just solid black. This does not occur in browsers other than Firefox.

After restarting my laptop, the same problem persists, but on first going to the Google Maps website the usual image of my neighborhood flashes, then disappears to be replaced by the black.

The second attached image shows four possible causes and fixes offered by Google AI. I tried them all, and nothing made any difference. This image also shows that the thumbnail image appears when my cursor hovers over the tab in which Maps is open.

The only thing out of the ordinary I did before this problem occurred was browsing the Firefox Extensions on advice of Google AI to turn off the intrusive "Genius" AI pop-ups, but I didn't discover anything relevant and I don't think I made any changes.

I'd welcome any suggestions for what to try next,

Hello, my laptop is a HP envy, 64 bit operating syste, x64 based processor. I have Windows 11 Home 25H2 version. Right now I have Firefox extended Support release, 115.390ers (64-bit) and my google email says this is not supported, also some of my credit cards websites won't let me use Firefox either. But I have Windows 11 so I don't understand why it keeps saying I have Window 8. I would like to update to the new version of Firefox that is normal for Windows 11 Thank you for your help. After the latest update to Firefox (154.0.1) on Linux Mint, I discovered that ALL my passwords have been deleted. I recreated them and the next day they were missing again. I've been a faithful Firefox user since its early days. It was a good run but this is unacceptable and I'm going to delete FF and move to another browser. Too bad because I did like FF.

When I try to save a new URL, Web Page, by clicking on the "Star" on the tool bar menu, then selection my existing folder for my chosen location it is not saved, at least most of the time. It is however saved under Recently Bookmarked and is also in Manage Bookmarks. I can force it to save by selecting Bookmarks Menu. It then is at the bottom of all my saved folder. I then can copy and paste into my folder of choice. What do I need to do to make it save to the folder of choice immediately?

I have used Firefox for years. Have a backup computer that has Windows 10. It defaults to Bing. I hate Bing! VERY much want to use Firefox for Windows 10. Please, if you can, just email me a link to download Firefox that will work on Windows 10. That is all that I need. My two email addresses are: [edited] OR [edited from community support forum]. After your upgrade I was unable to send messages. The incoming I was able to fix but the outgoing I could not fix. I have included the email message sent to me and I have included a picture of the outgoing STMP,

FF 154.0 will not create a backup file. Trying to create an initial backup to my D: drive (2 TB Samsung 990 Pro M.2 Gen 4 NVMe SSD with 86% free space). WIN Pro 25H2 Operating system, Intel Core i7-14700K CPU; 64 GB DDR5 - 5600 MHz Corsair Vengeance DRAM.

No matter what I do I can't get the initial backup to complete even though the D:/Restore Firefox folder was created. I consistently get this message, “Hmm, there was a problem with the backup. Please try again in a few minutes.” The message result of browser.backup.backup-debug-info is:
