Hi I'm having issues with cyber-hacking and it's happening especially when using Mozilla Firefox. Is there any help you might be able to offer or point me in the direction to get some help with hackers who are more like domestic terrorists? I've been having these issues ongoing for 1 1/2 years almost daily. Thanks & Best Wishes

Every time I open my laptop, I keep getting a banner which tells me firefox has notifications. But where are they? It appears in the upper right hand corner of my 2010 macbookpro and disappears without informing me as to where these notifications are. Anyone know where I can look? thanks

I assume I've found a bug when trying to minimise the video on YouTube turning into picture-in-picture, which exits fullscreen and the navigation bar gets in the way, but it's fixed when I sign out of my account(s).

Firefox updated itself to V135.0 this morning and now my LastPass icon is missing from the menu bar - top right corner. I can no longer simply click the LP icon to open the vault to access a password for any given website.

Please advise.

Since a recent update the iOS Firefox background has now changed to white from black. I would like to change it back, since the app stays white no matter what: even when my phone is in dark mode. Even Firefox’s own settings are in dark mode. The app icon is way too bright at night now and bothers my eyes at night. If the icon background is now white by default, I’m assuming there must be some way to get it to be black all the time again.

Can anyone tell me how to get the old icon colour back?

I do not speak or understand firefox program. So explaining why I continually have to fight with this program is ridiculous if you don't speak and use the language I USE AS A CUSTOMER in simple terms. I should not have to access upper people and pay money to configure my computer I paid money for already and Firesux continually ruins. I need simple terms to stop my pages from jumping behind what ever that stupid thing is that hides them. I hate that I lose so much passwords and simple processes after every gd update or whim of the programMers. This is wasting time I do not have. AGAIN!

I always watched movies/shows through Firefox browser. Lately some titles are playing back like stuttering, choppy, like skipping frames. This happens on Netflix only. In titles like for instance, "The Blacklist" and "The Juror". In Chrome, they work fine. It's just on Firefox. Something happened with Firefox in one of its latest updates.

I have the Firefox Multi-Account Containers extensions installed, and configured with 3 containers: one for YouTube, other for Amazon, and finally one for Facebook and Instagram. Each container only opens said website and also logs-in to said website. I also have another computer with Firefox which all of those settings are also synced.

Both Amazon and Facebook work perfectly, but the Facebook container constantly logs out both from Facebook and Instagram, prompting me to enter my credentials time and time again, which has reached to the extent that now Facebook presents a Captcha every login, alongside a prompt asking me if I want to save those login credentials (which I say yes).

This started to happen last week as I did a fresh install of my OS on my desktop rig after I logged in into my Firefox Sync account and configured the Firefox Multi-Account Containers extension. And yes, I have disabled erasing cookies after I close Firefox, Allow cookies and site data, and added both Instagram and Facebook as explicit options to save those cookies.

EDIT: I also noticed that this happens whenever I open up Facebook/Instagram on the other device (PC/Desktop, and as long as I'm still using the same device, the session is still open.

Hi. I encountered a problem when browsing previous pagr after google search in android version of Firefox. The procedure for reproducing the problem is described bellow.

Environment: 135.0.1 (Build #2016074239), hg-7c2ff1aa3394+ GV: 135.0.1-20250216192613 AS: 135.0.1 Pixel 6a(Android 15)

Procedure: 1. Search any word(such as "test a") with google. 2. Tap any link showed in searching result. 3. Perform "previous page" gesture(horizontal swipe at edge of the screen), then searching result of "test" is shown. 4. Search another word(such as "test b") with google search bar of google website, not search bar of Firefox. 5. Tap any link showed in searching result. 6. Perform "previous page" gesture(horizontal swipe at edge of the screen).

Expected result: Searching result page of "test b" is shown.

Actual result: Searching result page of "test a" is shown.

Other informations: - This doesn't happen with other searching engine. - This do happen without extensions - This also happen in private session - Clearing cache solve this problem for a while but this happen again soon. - This doesn't happen in PC browsing mode

I encountered the same phenomenon when I searched the word that I've searched before. So I doubt that google search and cache algorithm of Firefox is not compatible.

Hi, for the past couple of weeks firefox is causing the GPU to block firefox when trying to play a youtube short preview by hovering over the short. The screen goes white and then returns and it happens again if you leave the cursor over the short. After a few of these, the message comes up that the GPU (nvidia in this case) acceleration has blocked access to firefox. This will happen every time. The issue doesn't occur in chrome. The issue doesn't occur if firefox is started in troubleshoot mode. If I run in regular mode and manually disable my one extension (keeper) and the two plugins - widevine codec and cisco openh264 codec, the issue will still occur. I have no other add-ins. I have updated firefox and the nvidia drivers to the most current. The gpu is nvidia geforce 940mx with intel hd graphics 620. I am running 64bit windows 10 home on an hp envy laptop with i7 chip. Any ideas? Thanks.
