More users can be (simultaneously) logged locally on one Windows machine and switch between each other using 'switch user' command... When this happens only the user that first started Firefox is able to use it, for others (I tried only one other user) Firefox won't connect to any site. No other applications have problems with internet connection, the problem really seems to be isolated in Firefox.
