Hi begier, what do you mean by "convert" the document? If it is a PDF: Firefox's built-in PDF viewer disassembles PDFs into HTML-based documents, and this is still a maturing technology. You may prefer to use Adobe Reader or another plugin. This article describes how to experiment with different settings: View PDF files in Firefox or choose another viewer.

Since this document is protected by a password, I can't view it myself. Please try using either the Adobe Acrobat plugin or the stand-alone Adobe Reader/Adobe Acrobat software to print it.

Does it seem that the PDF download got corrupted or cut off in Firefox compared with IE? Otherwise, it's hard to understand why only part of the document would be available for printing, or only part of the whole document would print.

Is this the only PACER document where you've seen this problem or is it a pattern with that site?
