issue opeing UPS status from MSN Hotmail

I was processing my Hotmail Inbox and came to a message from TigerDirect about an order I had placed. Inside the message is a UPS symbol to click on and get shipping status of my order. When clicking on the symbol/link, it appears to try to open the link but appears to be in some kind of loop which I ultimately killed.

A Windows Live / Hotmail upgrade on or about Jan 18th broke something with the HTML5 standard, affecting both the Firefox 4 beta and the IE9 beta. A Bug has been filed with Mozilla, a Hotmail rep has responded and says a fix will be done before the Firefox 4.0 RC (Release Candidate) is released. IOW, it should be fixed within the next few weeks.
