Just bought the service, It was not mentioned that 10.14 is the lowest the VPN supports now. Does anyone know how to access a version of the VPN that allowed 10.13?

Thanks in advance!

Chosen solution

Just to clarify I had to 1. change the `LSMinimumSystemVersion` tag in the Info.plist. 2. Run Contents > MacOS > Mozilla VPN directly I was able to run it on High Sierra.

However,

After a computer restart I have to re-install the VPN and repeat . Not ideal. Shame it can't just support HighSierra :(

Solved!

By changing the Info.plist in the app's package contents to allow 10.13 and running Contents > MacOS > Mozilla VPN directly I was able to run it on High Sierra.

This sounds like the solution for my antique MacBook Pro (15-inch, Mid 2010) which won't run anything higher than High Sierra 10.13.6. I had just completed a post here regarding this and with the perversion of computers I'm more than familiar with, the screen disappeared flicked to something unrelated just as I was signing my name to my post and everything I'd written was gone... I am doing my best here simply not to use a string of four letter words.

So, briefly

I'm guessing apps like Terminal or Console are used to execute the instructions posted here, but given that I don't know, going forwarMd and hoping for the best would almost certainly be a recipe for heartache.

In the stone age of computing I was a system tech. I mention this to let it be known I would like some instructions more extensive than the ones posted here but with the knowledge that I'm more confident with tech than needing to have it explained that pointing the mouse at the screen and clicking won't skip past the commercials on YouTube.

Ive paid for Mozilla VPN and found the app won't run with my old sys, I'd appreciate the help using the instructions posted here.

thanx Indi
