When I Try to update my firefox os by pressing check now button as instructed,at first "Checking for updates" message appears and after a little while "There was an error while checking updates....." message appears.I am sure there are updates for my phone model. It is to be noted that my OS version is only 1.0.And my phone is Symphony GoFox F 15. Please answer please.......

Unfortunately there is no way to get around this. You should contact the manufacturer for an update or find a build online to flash your device. We are not liable for any damages incurred on your device.
