have yo tried to close and reopen the app? To close an app, long press the home button to access the app switcher, then swipe sideways until you find the app you want to close, than press the (x) button (or swipe upward, possibly depending on your OS version).

If this does not work, try simply to restart your device.

i tried closing the app and restarting phone but the app didnt respond. later, from File Manager i tried to share a file using email and it eventually opened the compose page and then inbox page was accessable. now app is working normally... it was first time it crashed....
