VPN connects then after 10 seconds it says "No Connection" How do I fix this?

I just installed VPN for Windows 10 and paid for it. It starts then it fails. I have tried various servers without any results. I cannot use the internet after that. I have to turn off VPN in order to access the net again.

Try signing out of the VPN, uninstalling, and reinstalling and signing back in. The sign out process is important as it purges some configuration files. Try that and see if it resolves the problem.

I signed out, uninstalled VPN, Rebooted the system. Reinstalled VPN using the same download exe as yesterday. Rebooted the system (just for good measure). It did not make any difference. The only difference is it run for 15 seconds instead of 10 before failing. Please see attachment. VPN node is still active however it disables my internet connection and I have to turn it off before I can get back to internet services.

I'd try downloading it again to see if it downloads a newer version that might have resolved the issue.

I've been using the Firefox VPN for months without any issues. This just started today. When I turn it on I get the "No Signal * Check connection" error and I cannot connect to the internet. When I turn it off I can connect.
