Firefox problems with Wacom Intuos tablet since Windows 10 Fall Creators Update

Since the Windows 10 Fall Creators Update (updated yesterday) Firefox has been causing problems with my Wacom Intuos tablet.

If I click (using the Wacom pen) and hold on the scroll for a we page (the bar on the right) the page move up when I scroll down and down when I scroll up.

If I select any website and right click (again using the Wacom pen) on a link and choose to open in a new tab it does this but also opens the link in the original tab as well.

None of these things happened prior to this Windows 10 update.
