Outlook WebApp will no longer attach files

I have been using the Outlook WebApp with FireFox for quite a long time. Only recently when I try and attach a file by clicking the paper clip icon do I see the outline of the attachment window popup then it disappears. The same thing happens when I click the insert picture icon. FireFox is my preferred browser, but I have also noticed the same issue when using Chrome. Currently the only browser I can use to attach a file is Internet Explorer. Any assistance would be helpful. Thanks.
