Estou com esse problema conforme a imagem anexada, isso ocorre quando vou enviar algum e-mail em algumas contas da minha empresa, quando envio pela plataforma da minha provedora de e-mail da tudo certo, mas quando tento pelo Thunderbird aparece esse erro

Hello. The webmail for the account contato@mirasul.com.br authenticates normally. However, in Thunderbird, IMAP on imap.kinghost.net:993 SSL/TLS connects successfully, and SMTP on smtp.kinghost.net:465 SSL/TLS also establishes a secure connection, but SMTP authentication fails. I have already removed the saved passwords, tested using the full email address as the username, and used the same password that works on webmail.

Utilizo o zoho mail configurado pelo imappro.zoho.com (Via Imap), e os usuários estão reclamando que vez ou outra o Thunderbird pára de baixar as mensagens. Só volta a funcionar depois de fechar e abrir ele.

Vi na internet diversos relatos parecidos até com contas do Google. Alguém tem uma idéia do que resolveria esse problema?

Há 5 dias algumas contas estão apresentando esse erro ao enviar email via smtp do terra: Falha ao enviar mensagem. Ocorreu um erro ao enviar email: Erro no servidor de saída (SMTP). O servidor respondeu: connection deferred - TODB108 - 30dfa54d-18c00375ea6d49be.

Qual seria o motivo?

Tenho configurado uma conta outlook. Todos os emails enviados nessa conta aparecem duplicados na pasta "Enviados". Alem dessa, tenho duas contas gmail, mas nessa nao ocorre esse problema.

Teria como resolver?
